Global Homologation VW LT 28

Hello everybody,

I bought nice VW LT 28 westfalia, 2,0 petrol, 1978, with high roof, from Germany.

But I encountered a barrier during registering a vehicle here in the Czech Republic.

In the "Fahrzeugbrief" there in not fullfiled a
"Bescheinigung des Inhabers einer Aligemeinen Betriebseriaubnis"

Without this information I cant ride my car..

Could anybody, please, send me this information or photo - everything that can help me?

I have looked through my "Fahrzeugbrief", but I can´t find the item "Bescheinigung des Inhabers einer Aligemeinen Betriebseriaubnis".
Please take a picture of your "Fahrzeugbrief" and mark the thing that is missing, perhaps someone can help you.
